Cookie Class Cancellation Policy:

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel your participation in class. To ensure fairness and efficiency, I have established the following cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your registration at least two weeks prior to the scheduled class date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.

  • You can transfer your registration to a friend or family member; however please notify me of this change.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled class date.

  • In the event that you are unable to attend the class within the two-week cutoff period, a cookie kit will be prepared for you. The kit will include all necessary materials and instructional information to replicate the class experience at home.

  • The cookie kit must be picked up within two days after the scheduled class date in West Des Moines. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the kit, which will then be donated.
