  • For custom baked goods (sugar cookies especially), I generally book 3-4 weeks in advance. When inquiring about available dates, please keep in mind that my calendar fills up very quickly and availability is subject to change. Inquiring about a date does not reserve your spot on my calendar. Dates are only reserved when your deposit fee has been paid. Orders with a turnaround time of under 3 days will require a rush fee of $15.

  • After receiving your quote, it is your responsibility to confirm or pass within 24 hours. Upon confirmation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours, your order will be canceled.

    Final payment (remaining 50%) is due prior to your pick-up.. You will receive a request via Venmo, Apple Pay, or a credit card invoice from Square. Your pickup date and time will NOT be scheduled until your final balance is paid in full.

  • I require a minimum of 1 dozen for cupcakes and sugar cookies. Need fewer? Stay tuned for a holiday sale or pop-up shop announcement on my Facebook or Instagram page!

  • I greatly appreciate any inspo pictures you send my way! They are just that - inspiring. But your cakes, cookies, and cupcakes may not be perfect replicas - I try my BEST to keep it close.

  • I will make every effort to match colors as best as possible when requested; however, I make all cookies and icing by hand, so colors may vary, and I cannot guarantee that colors will exactly match a picture you provided. I do not offer copyrighted and/or trademarked images and/or characters unless you are the owner or employed by the company who owns the trademark. Example: you are ordering cookies on behalf of your organization to promote the organization and provide me with your company logo.

  • All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs. I'm always trying to provide the best tasting baked goods for my clients. This also means that I can't honor old pricing (because the grocery store won't honor their old butter prices - darn it).

  • I get it – life happens! Here at Biker Chic Cupcakes I aim to keep things as stress-free as possible, even when plans change. Here’s the scoop on cancellations:

    • Cancellation More than 14 Days Before Pick Up / Delivery Date: I understand the winds of change! You'll receive a full refund of any payments made beyond the 50% deposit minus any supply costs (cake decor, boxes, etc.)

    • Cancellation Less than 10 Days Before Pick Up / Delivery Date: Uh-oh, the wheels are in motion! Unfortunately, any payments made beyond the initial 50% deposit can't be returned due to our production process already being underway. I'm already baking the cake, so to speak!

  • Orders must be picked up at my home. My address will be included on your invoice, along with the pick-up date and time. You may send someone in your place, but please let me know who to expect. Orders must be picked up at the agreed upon time.

    Please contact me if you are running late or need to change your pickup time. If I have not received notification from you on why you are late, 15 minutes after your scheduled pick up time, your order will be placed in the pink pick-up cooler on my front porch and will need to be picked up by the end of the day (cooler used based on outdoor temp).

    If your order was not picked up at the end of the day AND I did not hear from you, your item will be donated; no refund or credit will be issued.

  • All orders are pick-up only. Delivery, based on availability, can be an option if you live within 10 miles of the pick-up location with an additional fee of $15. Outside the metro area is priced accordingly and again, based on my availability.

  • Please clear a flat surface in your vehicle to set the box(es) and/or bag(s) on. Floor of the vehicle is recommended in case you must stop quickly. Cakes, sugar cookies, and cupcakes are fragile, and it is important to handle them with care. You will be provided with written instructions, on how to properly store your baked goods; as they should be stored in a cool, dry location at room temperature. For longer term sugar cookie storage, place your cookies in an air-tight container and freeze them for up to 3 months. Please DO NOT put your sugar cookies in the refrigerator; too much moisture may cause the cookies to sweat and/or colors to run.

  • Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, cake/s, or cupcakes is all on you!

  • I take great pride in my work and operate my business with honesty and integrity. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me with your concerns. We can discuss and determine next steps.
